A: Our oxygen concentrator's working principle is the application of physical adsorption and desorption technology based on molecular sieves. The oxygen generator is filled with molecular sieves, which can absorb nitrogen in the air when pressurized, and the remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected. After purification treatment, it becomes high-purity oxygen.
It can be used as long as there is oxygen in the air.
But please be informed that the oxygen in the air at high altitudes is low, and the use effect will be poor.
Q3: Can the machine use batteries?
A: All our machines are electric charged. You have to plug in the power to use them.
If you need to use the machine outside, we have rechargeable battery packs on sale.
Q4: How should the machine be cleaned?
A: Before connecting the oxygen tubes, it is recommended to wipe the outlet with an alcohol wipe to disinfect it. If there is a water cup inside the machine, it is recommended to disinfect the water cup with alcohol before each water refill.
After disinfection, please wait for the alcohol to evaporate before use.
Clean the exterior of the machine neat and clean just like your other appliances.
Q5: How to reset the machine program?
A: Reset procedure: first press the power on button without releasing, then plug in the power, keep pressing the button for 30-60 seconds, then release the button to complete the reset process.
After the reset process, if the oxygen flow is normal, there's no need to care about the EX light.

A: If the machine automatically shut down after a period of normal operation, and the bottom become hot. This is because the machine has activated the overheating protection.

A: All of our machines have been tested, and the decibels will not exceed 45db which is relatively acceptable like average office noise.

Q13: What is the function of the cup?
A: The water in the cup is mainly used to moisten the dry oxygen. It is recommended to change the water once a week(add drinking water/cold water).
*Remember no more than 1/3 of the cup. If not, the water will backflow to the molecular sieve tube, and the molecular sieve will lose its effect.
